Carolina Sleep Company™ ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time.
For U.S. orders and shipping with Carolina Sleep Company™ you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Orders will be processed within one to three business days. Orders received by us after 12 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders must be received by us before 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Order Confirmation Email
After placing your order with Carolina Sleep Company™ you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. The confirming email will include your order number, the details of your order, your shipping address, billing information, and shipping method. The confirmation email is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
Holiday Shipping Notice
Our shipping facility will be closed at times during the holidays. As a result orders placed between 11/21-11/26 will not process until 11/27. Orders placed between 12/20-12/25 will not process until 12/26. Orders placed between 12/29 -1/1 will not process until 1/3. We apologize for this inconvenience during this time.

Carolina Sleep Company™ offers an outstanding 3 year limited Warranty to give you peace of mind that your bamboo home goods will perform flawlessly for years to come. We warrant that the Carolina Sleep Company™ home goods purchased by the original customer (you) will be free from defects related to design and manufacturing for as long as the products are owned by you. This Warranty does not cover products that are damaged through misuse or abuse (though this incidental damages exclusion may not be valid in your state). With this Warranty, you have specific legal rights, as well as other rights depending on the state in which you live.
This coverage is terminated if you transfer or sell the product.

To receive service under this Warranty, simply mail us a letter with your name, address, telephone number, a brief explanation of the problem, proof of original purchase, and $14.95 to cover shipping and handling of replacement products. Our address is below.
